The first Tiny Home Village in Durango, CO and possibly in the Southwest, Escalante Village now boasts 24 Tiny Homes, 6 of which are RENTALS in SW Colorado bordering the mountains. This project has been in development for many years just outside Durango, CO – a youthful and athletic town with some old Victorian Western charm and a Narrow-Gauge Railway.  The Village is located along the River close to town and rents sites with hookups for your Tiny Home, depending on availability. 

Be aware that your Tiny Home will have to be approved by the City of Durango Building Department and receive design approval from Escalante to join the Community.  Extra storage is available for additional rent.  Contact the community for particulars and to get on their mailing list for their newsletter if interested.
